How to get more out of your Amazon Prime subscription
I’m a big fan of Amazon Prime, and I’m not alone.
Last year, I bought two Prime-enabled gadgets, a Roku and a Roku 2, because I felt like they were essential to the living room.
Now, with the new Amazon Echo Show app, I can stream my movies and TV shows from my Android phone to my TV through the Amazon Echo.
But how do I get more from my Amazon Prime subscriptions?
I’m glad I asked.
And the answers to those questions are pretty easy to find.
Read moreRead moreWhat you need to know about Amazon Prime In general, you can buy more than one product on Amazon Prime.
That means you can watch your movies, TV shows and apps on a single device.
If you want to watch a movie on the Roku 2 you can, and you can also buy a new Roku 3 with a $300 credit on Amazon.
You can also watch Netflix on the Amazon Fire TV Stick or the Roku 4.
But you can’t buy multiple Amazon Prime-compatible products on the same device.
You have to buy a single Prime-supported device.
To get more value out of each Prime-eligible item, Amazon recommends the following.
First, make sure the device you’re buying is Amazon Prime eligible.
If it isn’t, you might have to pay a fee.
Amazon has a system for determining whether or not a device is eligible.
You’ll see a check mark next to each product.
You’re then given the options to choose whether to buy it or not.
If the product is eligible, it will show up on your Amazon shopping cart.
If not, you’ll have to wait for Amazon to approve your purchase.
If you want the best value out in the world, you should check the “eligible” box.
If you’re on a mobile device, you could try checking “supported” and then selecting “Amazon Prime.”
It’ll automatically make the Amazon app appear in your mobile device’s “supported devices” list.
If there are other devices you don’t see in the list, you may have to manually click through them.
Amazon also has a page for “eligible devices,” which includes the Amazon mobile app and a page that lists which devices are currently supported by Amazon Prime as well as what the cost will be to buy each device.
For more information, check out the Amazon product page and Amazon’s official Prime FAQ page.
For now, if you want more than just the latest movies, television shows and games, you won’t be able to buy Amazon Prime directly on your mobile devices.
You will, however, be able download Prime to your TV.
That will require a monthly subscription to Prime Video.
(You can read more about how to get your own Prime Video subscription in our previous post: How to sign up for a free Prime subscription .)
Once you’ve downloaded the Amazon Prime app onto your mobile, you need the Amazon Mobile app to use it.
You can either download the Amazon App for Android and iOS or you can use the Amazon TV app.
I’m going to try both of these in this article, but you can download both from the app store.
The Amazon Mobile App is an Android-only app.
It’s available on Android and Apple devices.
It has Amazon Prime Video, Prime Music and Prime Video Unlimited plans.
Prime Video is available in the U.S. only.
Amazon Prime Videos and Prime Music Unlimited costs $8.99 per month.
Prime Music Unlimited is available to customers in Canada only.
It costs $7.99 a month.
While the AmazonMobile app is available on both Android and iPhone, it’s not compatible with Android TV devices.
Amazon TV is currently available only in the United States and Canada.
There are also two versions of the Amazon Video app available.
The $10 Amazon Prime Instant Video app and the $20 Amazon Prime Now TV app, which costs $14.99 each.
Both of these are available on the app stores for Android devices.
You can also use Amazon TV to watch Amazon Prime movies and shows, which is how I use the Roku 3, Roku 4, and Amazon Fire HDTV.
You just need to sign in to the Amazon account you’ve set up with the AmazonTV app.
The Roku app is compatible with Apple TV, Roku 3 and Roku 4 devices, and it’s compatible with Samsung Smart TVs, Google Chromecast and Google Chromebox.
The Amazon Fire app is only compatible with Amazon Fire TVs.
Amazon TV and Roku are compatible with Google TV, Chromecast, Chromebase and Google Home devices, but not Android TV.
Amazon has not announced plans for any of its devices to be compatible with the Chromecast standard.
Amazon Prime is the only Amazon TV subscription service that’s compatible across devices.
I recommend that you buy a separate Amazon TV account if you’re not a Prime subscriber.
